British Street Food Awards Show #StreetFood

This week on behalf of ZoneOneRadio I headed off to the British Street Food Awards.

This is the third year in succession that the awards are taking place under the guidance of Richard Johnson whose brain child it is.

Find out why he thinks the next great chefs will be coming from the street and not restaurants, what gave Antony Worrall Thompson an OMG moment, why Fay Ripley favours a ‘street kitchen’ and Gizzi Erskine on when you do small things ‘bloody well’, you’ll succeed.

Plus tips from Anneka Rice, why perhaps drinking rum at 11am may not be the best idea and Angus Deayton confused by Yum Bun!

And the winners are….. visit British Street Food Awards to find out the results and much more about what is now the British Street Food Revolution.
