“Were you worth it Bosnia and Herzegovina”?

On Armistice Day our thoughts are with those families whose loved ones didn’t make it home or have been injured in conflict; the sacrifices that thousands of service men & women and their families give and have given to protect our nation and keep the peace.

Below is a video by Bruce Foster on his thoughts on a difficult question to ask as always…was it worth it?

“British men and women gave their tomorrows in Bosnia and Herzegovina so that all the citizens of the region can enjoy their today. 18 years on from the conclusion of the killing, what does peace look like and should the UK have washed its hands of the fighting? The video is dedicated to Phil, Jim and Andrew who were killed in action, (elsewhere) fighting to defend those who could not defend themselves. May you and your families be at peace.
