Yes, I am let loose in a brewery! But fear not, I was under the careful eye of the head brewer and owner of the Pilgrim Brewery in Reigate.

Sniffing fermentation and learning about, hops, yeast and lacing, backs and coppers with Dave Roberts of over 30 years brewing experience.
